Reddit: ChronoBodi Real psychologists examines the Bronies to see if the stereotypes holds water! Full study results here: http://www.bronystudy.com/id1.html The "rainbow" effect is due to A77's 24 fps recording somehow coinciding with the projector's refresh rate, and somehow, rainbows. I screwed up by using A77 autofocus, which is NOT meant for still subjects. in other words, im a bit of a noob. :p If anyone know what the words were on the misfocused part of the video, comment below and i will copy+paste to description. AT least any footage is better than none. Therefor, i will paste here what cannot be read. 1 Big post. It'll probably look a bit scrambled. Sorry if it does. I'll type down the main points as I go through the vid: It regards the male side only. They linked the non-bronies and bronies who did the study. -As it happens, the 'gay' label people like to use on us is ironic (For those who did the survey). Non-bronies have a higher homosexuality rate than that of bronies. 2 Bronies are more emotionally controlled (for the lack of a better word) than that of non-bronies. We don't let our emotions affect us further. "Im upset because I'm upset" for example. -Bronies' parents are more accepting than that of non-bronies'. -We easily adapt to and embrace new technologies -Bronies find it easier to express emotions. They believe this is the cause of so much creativity. -We believe in the right of choice. That one's kinda obvious. 3 Bronies have a less marriage percentage and we date less frequently. -IMPORTANT ONE: There is no difference between how many bronies and non-bronies are employed. Media's statements that we're a bunch of guys who stay at home to watch ponies is wrong, obviously. This just proves that. -There's no difference in happiness/anxiety issues or sleep/appetite issues in bronies and non-bronies. -Our humour is more positive than that of non-bronies. 4 -Bronies hate bullying, more so than non-bronies. Though bronies are less frequently bullied compared to non-bronies Everything else mentioned in the 20 minutes I watched is pretty equal. Most of criticism we get is just petty insults usually generated from social media in order to gain interest in their shows.
