Who forgot that Twilight Sparkle had a laboratory under her library?

This was heavily inspired by that lab, and what's strange is that the title came to me before I thought about its relevancy to Feeling Pinkie Keen.
That's what she's trying to do, right?
Figure out, amongst all other strange phenomena that course through Pinkie Pie, how exactly she is able to sense the future?
