Here i made a video featuring some of the revisions i went through when making my doors 3 entry. Also included are some alternate camera angles so you can get a better understanding of what's going on. As for Twilight getting geared up, it's really simple actually. I have a model of twilight wearing all her gear underneath the map. When the model of "naked" twilight running passes behind the crate (there's only 1 frame where she is fully covered) then that model instantly teleports down below the ground and the dressed model simultaneously teleports up to take her place. the undressed model can still be seen in the alternative angles as her head still peaks up through the ground just out of camera view.

Also lighting is hard. I need to work on that.
