I finally got in!
This is from the open server event that took place during Ohayocon 2014. The servers were opened to the public at 12:01am EST on January 24th and were closed at 4am on the 27th. During that time, they were so busy, it was almost impossible to login. The only way I managed to get in was by waiting until traffic lightened up on the 26th.

The first part of this video is in fullscreen because that's how the game starts out and I didn't figure out how to change the resolution until later on. Also, most of the "gameplay" consists of just running around and looking at things. There are some actual gameplay aspects such as quests and battles, but I didn't know about any of that at the time.
