Alright, the break is over! A quick acoustic tune about Cheerilee in one of the most stripped-back arrangements I've performed. Enjoy~

A spoken poem from empty notebooks, moved utensils toward the shelf
For all the wisdoms I feel I've taught I can't apply them to myself
If books were written about this conundrum, what would they read?
I try and try but composure fails me
Time and time again I learn more lessons from what I've yet to teach

A written interest in education, seeing how it all adds up
Sparking a debate on classroom physics, wrapping up just after lunch
Through some planning and structure, I know the answer will ring true
Before the bell ringing end of day I need so desperately for you to learn what I've yet to teach

Follow along
I'd rather give you something and then let you decide
No answer here is ever wrong
For it's better you learn nothing than say I never tried

The day begins and before I speak I let go of the doubt I held
A lesson that I had taught myself
