Ok first things first. This is a ponified cover of a New Order song. One of my favorite alternative dance bands and a track that instantly came to mind when i saw the Crystal Empire 2 parter (and one that didn't need a lot of lyric changing tbh). This has been delayed a bit until i got a vocalist and Evdog came through this last week and put some wonderful vocals on this track. Glad we finally got to work on something new together and there's more collabs to come between us. I did the rest of the music in a style of breakbeats but with a mix of shoegaze and electro. This track speaks to me in terms of how fragile we are as people (especially after the Connecticut tragedy) and also from pov of the crystal ponies who were both enslaved and forgotten (again, actually heavy stuff). Luckily i think love conquers all, even outside of Equestria. Anyway this is my last dark track for awhile and the next one should be a fun jazz-funk track. I hope you enjoy this pmv and track. mp3 is on my new album Now available on the free album here http://freewave.bandcamp.com/album/chaos-squared and here https://pony.fm/albums/54-chaos-squared Evdog's youtube is here. http://www.youtube.com/user/EvdogMusic Lyrics: We're like crystal, we break easy I'm a poor man, if you leave me I'm applauded, then forgotten It was summer, now's it's autumn (although i didnt get this track published until winter lol) I don't know what to say, you don't care anyway He's the one in a rage with a land he betrayed But here comes love, it is fearless raining down on the cheerless, you're not alone, anymore You shock me to the core, you shock me to the core We're like crystal, it's not easy With your love, you could free me Every mare (every man), and every stallion (and every woman) Needs someone, So keep it coming Keep it coming, keep it coming, keep it coming Keep it coming, keep it coming, keep it coming Keep it coming Here's a mostly instrumental (background singer still there) http://www.mediafire.com/?tkxeyte1qmw6tfe Here's also one that's completely instrumental http://www.mediafire.com/?ond0qjn0nrkxnss
