Roboshop Mania only existed for about five years and released one full-length album, but with a dozen singles and EPs to their name on the Toy's Factory label, these young popsters were surprisingly prolific. Their sound isn't particularly unique; they tread fairly well-trodden ground at this point with the same upbeat rhythms and acoustic sound as their predecessors. Even as some artists were bringing in outside influences particularly from Alternative Rock subgenres, clearly some were content to stick to the lighter style established in the late 1980s.
