So!  After no less than 11 remasters, 4 different headphones, 2 sets of speakers, and a lot of raging over my laptop's hyper dysfunctional battery (and it simply killing my computer at least 75 times over the course of the past month or so) I can finally say I am done with around 3 days to spare!

This is my entry into Baasik & Black Gryph0n's remix competition for their track Academy off of their absolutely kick ass IMmortal album that I have absolutely no regrets for spending 70 fricken dollars on the pre-order.  (I coulda bought a few pony plushies with that money... still so worth it)

As for the song, it is set at an odd 135 BPM; I was fairly unsure about how to approach this remix and thought to do full on hardstyle but after some quick experimentation, it turned out a tad too fast for my liking so I settled for good ole hard dance...  With 4 hardstyle kicks...  And funky synth design...  And far too much time spent mastering and remastering the song over and over again, actually, apparently I have only spent a fantastic total of 42 hours and 3 minutes on it lol.  With all of this in mind, I very excitedly refer to this track as my "Wreck the Remix" remix.

Anywhoozles, I really should be studying for my anthropology midterm tomorrow but I felt like getting the bulk of the publishing done now.  TBH, I cbf to make the album art anything really special, but most significantly, there is no download link because I am not sure how all this stuff will work since the winning songs are to be released on an official EP and such.  The file will be made publicly available as soon as I know I can, though!
