Update: The reason I have to change is not just because they have the name trademark but also because they had used it first for music purposes.

So I had been looking to trademark my name "Kadenza" to protect it in the future. But after searching I notice someone already did it back in 2010 and it was conflicting with mine. After doing a TON of research and actually meeting with an attorney we decided it would be a good idea to change my name if I ever plan on getting any bigger than I am right now. And I have a lot of plans on growing in the future so basically I have to change my name. 😕 it really sucks but it is for the best and I think if I do it quick I can have the new name on my latest releases.
