The main reason I am doing this is to protect my music from theft and misuse. Like I said you can use them commercially but you will have to just contact me for the passphrase to dispute the claim

Hello everyone, today I want to talk about YouTube Content ID. If your not someone who creates YouTube videos then this video wont concern you as much.

Now, recently I have made a deal with "Dream Crusher Media" in order to get copyright claims on my music. Now what this basically means you can still use my songs in your videos, however the monetization rights now go to DCM.

This is in no way similar to a copyright strike. Your channel will not be affected other than that video.

Now, why on earth would I do this.  I realize that I have told a lot of you that you can use my tracks commercially and by no means do I want anyone to get upset with me.

It actually took a lot of convincing from people like Pygme, Harmonics, and even K-391 for me to do this. The Content ID system will allow me to gain profit and help continue in my journey as a producer.


So if you have been using my music commercially and would like to keep it that way there is a way to dispute the claim very easy.
Just send me an Email at kadenzadj@gmail.com or message me on Facebook, I reply there the fastest,
and I will give you a pass phrase that you can use to remove the claim. You just have to dispute the claim with this pass phrase

I know the stigma towards copyright on YouTube and I don't want my channel to have a negative connotation with it. So I want to make sure all of you guys are happy.

Now not all of my content is copyrighted. I have made some playlists that you can find in the description that will tell you whats copyrighted and what isn't and I have updated all the descriptions of my videos so they will let you know how you can use the song.
Now keep in mind you can still use the copyrighted songs in your videos.

In the future some songs will be different, as I sign some to labels and what not.
