Hello everyone. Welcome to the 2016 "Melodic Electronic" Remix Competition.

Deadline: May 20th

If you have remixed one of my songs in the past you may enter it into this competition but I encourage you to make a new one :)

This competition is open to anyone and everyone who wishes to enter. The remix can be of any genre and you can remix any of my songs that have been made to this date

Make sure your title is labeled properly:
"Kadenza - Song Name (Your Name Remix)"

Once you are done with you remix send a copy of it to my email at as well as any social links I can put in the description, in case someone likes your remix and wants to hear more:

The deadline for sending your song in is May 20th.
So make sure you give your self plenty of time to work.

Once the deadline hits I will make a Mega mix of all the
remixes right here on my channel.

The winners will be decided by a unique grading system.
Each remix will be scored in the following 3 categories

Originality, Quality, Public Opinion

Originality will be how unique your song is and how it stand out from the rest. This doesn't necessarily mean going for a completely different genre.

Quality will be how well put together the song is. Composition, Mixing, Mastering.

Both the Originality and Quality category will be decided by Me and a panel of secrete judges. I am not at all biased towards any genre or artist so this will be a fair competition.

And Public Opinion is up to you guys. You will be able to vote in the comments on which one was your favorite and the amount of support towards a certain song will determine its score in that category.

The song with the most score in all 3 categories will win.

Winners will be rewarded with these prizes:

1st)
A $40 cash prize (paypal required)
A copy of my sample pack Sounds of the Nebula Vol.1
Their track will be promoted on my channel
and an opportunity to collaborate on a track with me

2nd)
A $10 cash prize (paypal required)
a copy of my sample pack Sounds of the Nebula Vol.1
and an opportunity to collaborate on a track with me

3rd)
a copy of my sample pack Sounds of the Nebula Vol.1
The satisfaction of winning 3rd place ;)

and even of you don't win any of those you still get to be in the mega mix and what I hope to be an amazing competition
