Airman from the 31st and 33rd rescue squadrons along with the 353rd special operations group work together with their JASDF counterparts in a mass casualty training scenario as part of excercise Keen Sword.

Keen Sword is the largest joint, bilateral field training exercise between the U.S. military and the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
