Straight off the just-released compilation album "Candy" from A State of Sugar, "Advanced Magic" is another refined gem from magician eksoka who keeps delighting and impressing us with god-tier tunes. Going in a whole new style, this Progressive Trance beauty feels like a powerful spell!

A State of Sugar's second compilation album just dropped and it contains a huge load of amazing tunes from many lovely pony musicians including very underrated ones! It's a perfect chance to find undiscovered artists, so I really recommend it. It's linked below! As for this tune, it is simply gracing the album with eksoka's insane talent and musical vision. Our beloved Japenese composer went all-out once again, and delivers a stunning Progressive Trance track with godly sound design, composition, and vocal work. "It is a song influenced by a character of unicorn which can handle advanced magic.
It should be fun to listen while imagining like Twilight Sparkle and Starlight Glimmer who are excited about mastering new magic."

For me it definitely makes the moment even more emotional when I imagine such pony scenes along listening to the song! And that's one of the powers of our community!

I'm quite happy with how the artwork turned out for this one! If you take a look at the original you'll notice that I made the Cider Party logo appear right on top of the circle with Twilight's cutie mark! I thought that artwork fitted well to the concept and the mood of the track. Also I just had to add some "magic" effects, like the sparkles coming out of the book, or the light rays following the big magical circle! Hope that looks cool and fits to the cool artwork and cool song!
