My inteRPRETATION? He's like an upbeat ADHD child chicken-with-no-head soldier I mean come on. He's all smiley and stuff and in the army and doesn't die. This guy just runs through hordes of enemy soldiers and takes the time to high-five their slow asses on the way. I imagine this something like this would play for his video-games, specifically on the opening stage.
