You may or may not know I suffer from a recording curse (also known as negligence). The first improvised 25 minutes of this recorded fine. I thought I was done then, but switched some things around and proceeded to record an improvised 40 minute long quote unquote progressive rock epic. However, I unknowingly switched the vocal to a filter with a phaser when only outputting one channel - DOI! So all the magnificently deep vocals keep phasing to a silent channel that was never recorded. I'm used to it. The story was about some guys going to the mountain of light to find the light within. they ride on a wizard's ship through the seas of sadness, holding onto happy thoughts to avoid being consumed by monsters of depression. When they reach the gatekeeper at the mountain of light, they are told they must first venture deep within their minds to find and eliminate the darkness they have locked away. Almost consumed by it, they re-emerge and are taught a song to play for the light to reawaken it. When they finally ascend to the top of the mountain from within, they forget how to play the song and instead rebirth the light into an apocalyptic red and bring about an age of destruction. Bad end for all. kudos to you if you can make out any of that!
