Anxiety is hard to deal with sometimes. It comes out of nowhere and you can never tell how or when it will come about. It can last minutes, it can last days, it can last a lifetime. It is something that never really goes away and affects close to everything I do each day. It is something that I have to live with rather than try to make it just go away. It affects how I feel, what I do, what I say, and the choices I make. It makes me not want to go places or leave the house some days, it makes me afraid of certain scenarios and people, and it makes me slur over my words and choke up, unable to speak sometimes or do anything to stop it. It's my own little twisted companion, but it's something I have to deal with in my own way. I am working through mine, just like everyone around me works through their own problems, and one day, I may just gain full control over anxiety. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Only you know yourself the best. You can and will get better.
