Ok, so the inspiration for this song comes from the story "Allegrezza" by Coffeegrunt.  If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it.  Anyway, this is my attempt at interpreting the effect Octavia and Vinyl Scratch have on each other over the course of the story, and it's also what it might have sounded like, in a way, at their musical "battle".  The gist of it is they're wildy different, yet they effect each other positively, and ultimately fit together perfectly.  If there's any music majors, I think I correctly used the term counterpoint to apply to this, but I'm not entirely sure, so if there is in fact not a counterpoint in this song, feel free to flame me mercilessly.
