Decided to do a quick run through of a game called MILO created by Sibling Interactive and Crystalvision. Please note that this can be a very boring video. This is a Point and Click adventure game where the player has to solve puzzles in order to restore the caretaker of this world, Milo, to his fullest potential. Most of these puzzles are actually games, and some you play against Milo himself (though controlled remotely). Now, how games help Milo restore his neural network is a bit of a mistery, but I gather that it is something like he watches you play and reprograms/fixes his own brain from your movements. Bit of a stretch? I'm sure... One of the reasons why I decided on a playthrough of this game was because there was a suprising lack of publicity, and no playthrough that I saw on YouTube. Well, maybe not very surprising that it wasn't very well known. It was small, cheap, and didn't come close to the more popular titles like Myst, Pandora's Box, or Timelapse. However, by today's standards, I'm sure it will work ok as yet another collection of flash games. Heck, could even be a flash game of its own, I mean, it was built with Macromedia Director and the Protected Director Files (DXR) can be popped into a webbrowser on their own, though with problems because they call certain MCI protocals, as well as the main executable seems to handle which to load next. Also, this game does not work under Windows XP. This is the result of just managing to get it to work on Windows 2000, and recording the image over S-Video (with some small edits). Anyways, enough ramblings. You can read more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MILO_%28game%29
