[CLOSED] Pending desision on what to do to the one and only Approved entry that seems to be a Response to 2 contests. Hi! I'm hosting a Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 CONTEST! Rules of Engagement! 1: Make a nice, FAST and MEAN Rollercoaster! Though keep it realistic. 2: Always good to have scenery. And don't forget to add some kind of custom scenery. You can go to http://www.rctrevalutions.com for all your CS stuff. 3: Make sure to add ALL stats of the coaster, and so that everyone can read them. Which means, not just screenshots. Write them down in LARGE text if you have to! 4: Include on-ride and off-ride footage. Would like the on-ride to be continuous without breaks, like about to go through loop and you switch to off-ride to view the loop then back on again. 5: Would like it if you used the in-game recorder to record at LEAST the on-ride footage. That way you can put all your visual settings to full and the result will still be smooth. 6: Now here's the catch. There has to be SOUND! No! Not just music. I mean... SOUND FX! And not only a direct recording through Stereo Mix or whatever. Add some details or extra sounds to the thing. Use what you've learned from my 5 part tutorial to make it so! http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=0555B585D4FC84D4 Deadline will be at MIDNIGHT GMT at December 31. That's right! Just as the year turns from 2007 to 2008, it will be over and me and some friends will do some final judging. Please make your vid, name it with "CONTEST: Edward256: Coaster Name" and submit it as a Video Response, AND! send in your video file. By video file I mean the video file that was created by your Video Editing Program, whether it is AVI, WMV, MPG, MOV, OGM, MP4, etc. Anyways, send that file to edward256 [dot] rct3contest [at] ylva [dot] net with the subject "CONTEST: Edward256". Now as for prizes! ... Um... I don't know what to give you guys... Any suggestions? Put them in the comments. I'll see what would be appropriate. Maybe I'll put up another vid saying what it is, or just update this description box... Or I'll update but will keep it as a surprise. UPDATE: Prize Chosen! See video response for details. Btw... Music is Téo & Téa 4:00 AM by Jean Michel Jarre. And please! Go right ahead and spread the word to other RCT3 builders!
