This video isn't a direct response to any incident. My goal is to create a guide for fellow YouTubers and inspire people who may be thinking about disputing an unfair claim but want to know more about the process first.

I was motivated to make this after helping a couple other brony YouTubers who had their videos blocked by Hasbro. It was then I realized that although I had spent years going through this and have appealed well over a hundred claims, there were still many who believed getting a claim was the end of the road and nothing could realistically be done. If you have videos which clearly fall under Fair Use and are claimed, whether by Hasbro or some other entity, I hope you'll feel confident to fight back thanks to this video.

A very handy checklist which makes Fair Use decision factors a little easier to understand. This is not technically part of the law, and some boxes have much more significance than others, so it is not just a matter of counting boxes to determine Fair Use.
