Channel's inspiration. She's not the only girl on the team but she is the most prominent one. Oh, and she's pink. The gender ratio is rather skewed, 2/8 main speaking roles are girls, and of those girls, only one of them really features as a main character. Gabriella, the bird, is not featured in most episodes and is often seen watching headquarters. 
I'd say this episode is fairly interesting as we hear that Kitty had a previous job! GlobalPol? Would love to hear more of it, unfortunately we only have one season and some books of this.

Hopefully this doesn't get forcibly marked as for-kids. There are no lullabies or learning. Unless you're learning about how medicine shouldn't be eaten like candy.
