It's funny how we can get so self-conscious over the stupidest things, right? Even as I was in the process of filming this video, I had the bathroom cutaway experience and I was STILL self-conscious hahaha. Although who knows if that one will ever truly be avoided.

Look, I know some instances of self-consciousness are completely warranted, and that's not what I'm addressing here. I'm talking about those icky little moments about stupid things that no one is probably paying attention to anyway. In those moments, the only ones who are really suffering are ourselves. And why should we? Life's hard enough as is. Let's not sweat the little stuff.
