Youtube finally responded back to me in regards to why its taking so longer to restore my monetization. And its just more Corporate bs to me. So i finally got my sound working to where i can record more Starcraft 2 replays and the like. Not much i can do eliminate the noise of my fan .
Also according to them i should add more " context " to my video descriptions.. Which i already do. Its like they dont comprehend US law at times. So enjoy the video, even if you only bother to watch 1:00 of it. I'd suggest watching the video ALL the way through to understand my views on this.
