This falls under Fair use. its modifying the original content. Fair Use works like this do not require consent from the original company/rightsholder as its not intent on infringing anyone's works.
Also i did not use the entire track. Took me 2 days to create this btw and i enjoyed doing so. I do take issue with companies going around making false claims, and Youtube doesnt do anything to stop them.
