Mulan (Rainbow Dash) arrives late to town. Her mother (Cadance) sends Mulan with a series of townsfolk to get her cleaned up before her appointment with the Matchmaker (Ms. Hashwhinny).

This is literally about 10 seconds of additional clips besides the song, so nothing much new. However, it needs to be in place for the playlist. I'm releasing the next episode immediately as I developed both Parts 3 and 4 together.
