After watching Flutter Brutter, I was struck at how specifically he reminded me of several sitcom characters. Although the deadbeat is a common character, Jean-Ralphio from Parks and Rec is the one that mostly came to mind.

I could really see Ben Schwartz voicing Zephyr (another is Mickey, Lily's dad from How I Met Your Mother).

Thus I had to make this short video, although I had to use the version with the watermark.
