My friend Holly challenged me to write a song about waterbugs, because we spend so much time in class just looking at them. So I wrote one! This is for my little macroinverebrate friends, and for Holly! I'm going to miss our classes together!
The backing videos were taken on a recent trip with school up to the daintree- (the Lizard Island feild practicum) And the song was recorded dodgily on my computer in the chapel while no-one was around XD

Mayflies, Stoneflies, Dragonflies, Damselflies,
And diptera which are lots of other flies
Boatmen, backswimmers, copepods, clacodera
Diving beetles, daphnia, bloodworms, Aracina

Water striders, water spiders
Mozzie larvae, mosquito fish

Phytoplankton, such a long list!
