WARNING!!! I'M JOKING YOU FANBOYS/FANGIRLS!!! This situation just reminded me of this scene from Pirate of Silicon Valley. I do not hate KP or have anything against her. Also, hatred solves nothing. I'm in no one side here because I have no idea which side is right and which side is wrong. Kim seems too innocent to treat people hard work like this. But at the same time, her Editors Bible kind of explains everything. My experience: I never actually talked to KP. But I was actually their finalist for video editors when they were looking for new video editors. So I did talked to the video editor managers. All I did is wasted my entire spring break making a video for KP. But at the end, I got rejected because they assumed I have family issues by the way the interviews went. I thought that was just bullshit and you must be a complete fucktard to think of that. But I realize that after reading the Editors Bible, I knew I was making a mistake. The idea of spending about all of my free time making videos for KP was horrible. Even if I don't get anything back besides a credit at the end (which no one ever pays attention to). And its true, you have to attend every meeting or you'll get a strike. The only possible way to get out of it is if something tragic happened. And to remove the strike: You guess it, you must work to get those strikes removed. But yeah. That's just all I have to say.
