If you have time and haven't read the book, I would definitely give it a recommendation. My only warning is that it is an absolute roller coaster of a ride, and there are some very emotional moments. This is my rendition of one of the songs mentioned in the book. Instead of going with a full orchestra, I tried to imagine Lyra playing the song solo in her isolation.
