If there's a hotfix, here's the hotfix notes below___________________

Fixed bullets phasing through floating rocks.

Fixed volume resetting after changing area.

Fixed the Valiant not shutting off its dozer when damaged.

Fixed several AI issues regarding Agrians, Aberrants and Terrahyptian NPCs.

Enabled an unused variable that makes some vehicles more crash tolerable, like Agrian vehicles.
