Download the file and extract "Ambience.dll" into your Audacity Plug-Ins folder (On Windows, typically under C:\Program Files (x86)\Audacity\Plug-Ins) 2. Open Audacity, click the "Effect" tab, and choose "Manage". Make sure the "Ambience" effect is enabled, and choose "Ok" 3. Restart Audacity. It should appear in the second set of effects, below the standard default ones.
