Awoken" is a song about a pegasus who has worked in the Rainbow Factory their whole life and is having second thoughts about their line of work. They realize they can't be happy if they remain, and resolve to get out alive.

For my cover I have chosen to sing the song as Surprise (which is the original Pinkie Pie character from G1 of My Little Pony) because she is a pegasus. The duet vocals have been provided by PegasusPitchVA whose OC is also a pegasus. Please note that this is NOT YumSoda and Pitch does not like to be mistaken for her :(
