Lady Tirek gets the upper hand by defeating Prince Delta very easily. She would have absorb the magic from Twilight's friends, and Delta, but her mission is to obtain the alicorn magic from the princesses, so she spares them for now. At Canterlot, Twivine was concerned of what has happened in Ponyville and Celestia responed to the situation. Twilight found Twivine, and hugged her before she told the princesses that Lady Tirek might be coming to the throne and take their alicorn magic. Celestia and the other princess were planning an escape, but unfortunately, Lady Tirek arrived and it was too late. Twivine stood up against her evil creation, but things get worse for her as Lady Tirek plans to absorb Twivine's alicorn magic. The four princesses teleport Twivine back to Ponyville and they decided to battle Lady Tirek.
