Fun story here.  Back in college, my roommate was making this for a project in his Russian Politics class about countries of the former USSR.  My other roommate and I heard this from the living room and drunkenly started taunting his less than stellar delivery.  Frustrated, he dared us to do better.  So we grabbed more beer and went to work.  The first third is pretty much from a script, the 2nd third is from bullet points, and the last third is us just reading from wikipedia.  He actually presented this to the class and he got a 100% on it.
