What's this? A Disney Straight to Video Sequel I like? For shame! But in all seriousness, this is one of the few good ones that I find. And funny enough a movie that legit got me interested in speculating other animated films and being a reviewer ten years ago today. I'm not expected to be agreed with on this one, but I wanted this off my chest every since I saw it.
