Character is Babs Seed (humanized). The shadows behind her are Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Babs is not a very well-known character, but she had a pretty tough life, getting bullied in her school, then joining in the "popular kids" (Diamond and Silver) and selling out to them, only to get bullied again by the CMC. It's good she finally got some friendship in the end.
