Where to begin? How about with an apology. Due to a few outstanding circumstances, "No Horseplay" is On Hold, if you will. At least until the end of August. Trust me, though, it'll be worth it, ho ho.

So what is this, then? Well, I've been watching Steven Universe for a good bit lately and was always tickled by this tune featuring the character Garnet. It's so very, very "Just the Two of Us" but dammit, it has undeniable charm. As usual, you'll find a mixture of styles under the hood.

Stems for her vocals don't exist and I didn't just want to paint by the numbers, so I didn't utilize the entire song, hence a "mini" remix. Frankly, I'm not super duper happy with the mixdown as it turned out, but I had a lot of fun with this, so take it all with a pinch of salt and enjoy the (short) ride.
