Here is a new ponified opening from me. This time, I take you back to the 80's, where animated TV series were at the peak of popularity and even some animes were completely localized. 

One such example is Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs, a space western about a team of cowboys, riding in cool vehicles that can turn into a Humongous Mecha if needed. It also had a kick-ass theme song.

The reason for making this particular video is due to lyrics, as I think they would fit well in MLP: Friendship is Magic. I tried to match sounds effects in the song, along with the rhythm at some major points, as well as to make Twilight and the others as badass as possible. 

You can interpret characters in whatever way you like, but remember: the Changelings are Outriders and Queen Chrysalis is Nemesis. And Twilight is Saber Rider... without saber. She's THAT badass ;)
