This marks day 58 of my friend's two-year mission. Yay?

So a couple days ago I watched Studio Ghibli's "From Up On Poppy Hill", and, let me say, it has got to be one of my favorites. If you haven't seen it yet go see it already it's worth every penny! It was put together very well and the music was absolutely amazing (go see it).

I didn't have a lot of ideas for this next song so I decided to make a distant variation of the song Kokurikozaka kara (which was played at the end of the film), and apparently, I can do orchestral strings in GarageBand... that's pretty cool I think. It took me a while to find out how to do it, and although GarageBand is frowned upon by many musicians, it happens to be all I have - and if I were to be completely honest I think I'm not doing all that bad. It could be worse.

Anyway, have fun with this one and I don't think it's like copyright infringement to make a song like this because even though they are similar they are also very different but whatevs I don't even care.
