Found by me about a week after the game came out.

(Bee Mushroom doesn't appear until you've obtained 120 stars.)

Works both with Mario & Luigi.
Get the Bee outfit, and when you get to the snow part, hold down and repeatedly tap A.
You shall fly Out of Bounds and die.
Credits will continue for another 2 minutes before you get to the last scene with Rosalina.
