I'm floored by how quickly I was able to get upgraded hardware for my main PC. I predicted that it would've been many, many months from now a month ago. But I've been getting so much support lately on Patreon and Paypal for the animations I create on my Deviantart, and as typical as it is for me to say this, I can't think you guys enough.

The next step is for me to save up for more PC hardware to build separate computers dedicated to just rendering. I have spare hardware from previous builds that I can use. I have a couple AM3 motherboards and a decent amount of RAM (will need a bit more DDR3 but not too much), and each motherboard still has their AMD FX CPU in them. The important things I need are cases that make good use of space and has good airflow, which is needed since I'm putting these in a garage, and it's going to get hot in there in summer. And the real meat of the investment is going to come in the form in buy TWO Nvidia GTX 1070s for each new system I put together. Other misc. things will be needed, such as networking hardware to keep the systems connected and all that, but that's the gist of my plan. The GPUs are what will be handling the rendering, and it's why I don't really care too much about what CPU they carry since the load is mostly on the GPU for this kind of workload.
