Do you remember Whitetail Wood? If you have not watched the TV series "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic", I guess there hardly is any way you do, but if you have, you might recall the episode "Fall Weather Friends" from the first season. Whitetail Wood has not been mentioned after said episode, but it still left a lasting impression on me.
I wrote this piece on a day in October of 2015. It took me only 18 hours to finish (including a lunch break and dinner) despite the orchestration being larger than in any of my earlier pieces!
If you followed my lead in "A Winter Day in Equestria", you can basically do the same in this piece. Walk around the calm and peaceful forest and enjoy the colours of the leaves in the trees... at least until the annual Running Of The Leaves starting in Ponyville takes them all down!
