so...I had to re-upload it 'cause there was something wrong.. I don't know exactly what... Maybe it was YouTube or my Laptop that upload the wrong video(But I'm pretty sure that I uploaded the right one..) ... Now I'm trying it again... Hopefully this time it's the full video.. .-.
