Another track from my upcoming album, "Polychromatic Life." A story of Rainbow Dash's fillyhood and growing up in Cloudsdale. This was the first song I wrote for the album, which kicked the whole project off. It helped me decided what directions I wanted to take with the album, and it holds several musical themes present in several other songs. It is also one of the major "plot points" of the story.

The song begins begins with the original lullaby that Dash's parents sang to help her fall asleep at night. The lullaby goes on to be repeated, but includes a small bits of information about an accident that resulted in the death of Rainbow Dash's mother, an event that still lingers with her.
