Welcome to the next generation of My Little Pony music. Not much has changed. Horses are sad. Especially unicorns. They don't have magic. They wanna die. Sadge.

Seeing that part in the trailer with the depressed unicorns jostled something in my system to get me to write this. The G5 songs I've seen so far have been a bit generic lyrically (no shade to anyone, promise!), so I wanted to write something with a bit more lyrical substance. Also to those of you worried about spoilers, I've not seen the movie yet so you don't have to worry! I also have no plans to stop writing songs about G4.
