Finally, I got my Cookie Cutter effect working in Vegas Pro. If you're wondering why there is a repeat of clips in the middle of the video- although some of you may not like it, it WAS an intentional move. I'm not saying "Don't tell me it's bad" or anything, it's more of a heads up. The same with the coloring and spotlight effect.
