Step one: Read the chapter. Step two: Make reading of chapter for YouTube. Do not get lazy and combine the two. Otherwise you'll use the wrong accent for a certain somepony until their name is revealed, and at that point it would just be way too annoying to re-record everything. Anyhow, yeah, here this is. I tried to slow down my pace some an enunciate everything, and I'd like to think I was fairly successful.
