Description from original:
Ambient! Got REALLY experimental with this one. Let me know what you think as it's my first crack at the genre. If you didn't enjoy it, that's fine. I will be returning to my usual fare soon enough anyway.

Can you feel the dark and brooding energy? Can you feel the way you're lost in the fog and think you have finally managed to gain firm footing, only to find the ground shifting beneath your feet? Can you feel the mist morphing about you, twisting from one shape to the next?

Alright, enough artsy babble. There are roughly two different sections. The first couple minutes or so are more or less a minimal and atmospheric use of my usual standby, strings. Then it veers into some very unusual (at least for me) territory. I made it a point to include sounds that I have accumulated over time but until now hadn't found a use for. I did my best to weave them together in a way that felt organic and like they were all part of the same cohesive soundscape. As a result, however, it got difficult to know when it was finished.

I guess it's more orchestral ambient? Not standard orchestral, that's for dang sure.
