A friend of ours has recently decided to stage a Generation 1 pokemon tournament, and the rules are that we can play a single game for up to twenty-four game hours. At the end of that time, your team has to be consolidated! We turn in the cartridge, the cartridge goes in an envelope, and once we're ready to start the tournament, my friend will grab random envelopes and have people compete.

Allen was just about done with his play time, but something happened and his game wound up erased as of this morning. The tournament is tomorrow. It's pretty lame, but I don't know how competitive everyone's teams are going to be! I'll bring a camera and the mic, though, so if it's fun I'll post the results!

The winner gets a little bit of money, some food, some beer, and some kind of silly trophy. Allen and I are hungry, and it's our destiny to be pokemon masters. We grew up watching the show! The theme song said we'd win!
