Today I decided to talk more about chemistry and science! I know some people prefer this over the roleplaying stories, so I'll try to mix small lessons like this in every now and then. In terms of practical application, the main concern with metallurgy is knowing how to do the math to get the right alloys and then testing your alloys to make sure they have the correct yield strengths. When this particular science gets messed up, you wind up with structural failures, so there's a lot that goes into making sure the metals we use have the correct compositions!
